Did You Understand What I Said?!

 

There are those days when you think you hear the one job the boss has for you to do. Did you hear it right? Yep. So, you don’t ask for clarification, you just do what you heard. BUT…you didn’t hear it right!

It’s difficult listening to what someone says to you and making sure you totally understand exactly what was said. Communication is not easy. It’s not just speaking and listening.

That’s why in the Bible, God tells you he loves you in so many ways. He says it. He demonstrates it. He tells you a story of how he does it. And, most importantly, he sent Jesus, just to make sure you fully and completely understood.

Don’t listen to others tell you what they think God is telling you. That’s second-hand information. Check it out for yourself. Find a Bible…or watch it on the History Channel!
